For your reports, letters, and emails to populate your company logo, you will need to ensure that you upload your logo to your account. This can be done by following the below steps.
To set up your office/account logo, you will need to have system admin access. More information can be found in the User Management Settings knowledge article.
Step by step
1. Go to Settings > eMarketing > Account Logo
2. Click Choose file to upload your office logo
Image specifications:
- JPG, GIF or PNG format
- Height of 100 pixels is recommended (variable width)
- Under 200Kbytes in file size (per image)
3. Once you have chosen your file, click on Upload Logo
4. If successfully uploaded, your logo will appear at the bottom of the screen as per below
