Use this facility to assign email stationery for each staff member (Similar to your signature in Outlook/Gmail), which can be applied as either HTML or an uploaded image. Once applied, the signature will automatically be attached to the user's emails sent via Vault.

Step by step
Adding an Email Signature
1. Navigate into Settings > eMarketing > Email Stationary
2. Once in Email Stationery, you will need to then select the below settings:
- Staff: - Select the staff member/user you would like to attach the email stationary against
- Header: & Footer: - We provide to option to add a header, footer, or both, with the below three options:
- Use Image - This will allow you to upload an image as the footer/header for the user
- Use HTML - If you have an HTML created signature, you can copy and paste the HTML into the box provided
- User Raw HTML (Advanced) - Generally provided by a web developer and can also be copied and pasted into the box provided
Please note the below-recommended email stationery specifications:
- JPG, GIF or PNG format (If uploading as an image)
- Less than 900 pixels in width
- Under 200Kbytes in file size (per image)
4. Once you have added your desired email stationary footer and/or header, you can click on Save
5. This will then attach the email stationery to the select staff member, where you can view a preview within the Existing Stationary section
If at any point you need to upload a new email stationary against a staff member with existing stationary attached, you will need to ensure you first remove the stationery. This can be done by selecting the user from the above dropdown and clicking on Remove Stationery.
6. Once attached, the email stationery will automatically populate when the user is selected as the sender for emails sent via Vault

We provide the option to set a default office signature by selecting Default Office Branding via the Staff dropdown when attaching email stationery.
