VaultRE allows integration with a multitude of other platforms, one of the integrations available is the Pricefinder integration. This integration allows you to import property data into VaultRE as well as have one-click access to Pricefinder.
In order to set up this integration, you must first have an account with Pricefinder. This integration can also only be set up on a user by user basis for the specific user logged in.

Step by step
Integration set-up process
1. Go into My Integrations > Pricefinder
2. Click on Connect
3. This will then direct you into Pricefinder, where you will need to follow the below steps:
- Log in with your Pricefinder credentials:
- Click on Authorize
- This will then direct you back into VaultRE, where it will update the below status to Connected
4. Once connected, you can then utilise the integration features available, navigate directly into Pricefinder by clicking on Go To Pricefinder or Disconnect the integration

Using the Pricefinder integration when adding or editing a property record
When adding a property (or editing an existing property) you can use the Pricefinder search to add via Pricefinder in the “General” tab of a property card.
This will allow you to search for an existing property address and pre-fil details of the property directly from Pricefinder.
Fields obtained from Pricefinder:
- ID
- Address
- Bed
- Bath
- Car
- Land Area
- Lot & RP/DP
- Floor Area
- Year Built
Once confirmed, the system will then populate data from Pricefinder and link the property as per below. This will also provide the option to click on View to direct into the Pricefinder actions tab (In the property card > Other tab > Pricefinder) or Unlink, should it be the incorrect property.
The data populated on the property will vary and will depend on the data that is available from within Pricefinder.
Accessing Pricefinder data directly via the property card
When in a property card after being linked to Pricefinder, you can find all Pricefinder integration tools under the Other tab > PriceFinder.
Once here, you have the actions to view the property data within Pricefinder or from within VaultRE directly.
