Once a property has become a listing, you can assign the relevant features to the property. Features are attributes of the property and in Vault are categorised into groups and can be applied to populate on certain portals (Websites).

Step by step

1. Navigate into an example listing > Click the Features tab

2. Tick the desired features of the property as populated via the various sections

Should a feature not be available, you can use the Other Features section to populate the freeform text of the desired feature to apply. There is also a Portal Specific feature section that can be populated.

3. Once completed, click Save/Update to apply the features
