Photo Functions
Once you have uploaded your images, you have the option to change the view to a Grid/Sort View via the drop-down in the top right-hand corner. This is an easier option to drag and drop to set your image order, as you can easily view all images.
In the top right-hand corner of the photos, we provide you with the below functionality that applies to ALL photos.
- Publish/Unpublish All - This allows you to bulk set your uploaded images to be unpublished or published on the selected portals (websites). If unpublished, this will also ensure these images do not appear on any Internal Marketing.
- Download All - This allows you to download all uploaded images as Original (High-Res), Web Optimised, or Thumbnail copies.
- Remove All - This allows you to bulk remove all images that have been uploaded.
- Watermark All - This allows you to watermark all images with an existing Watermark/Overlay you have uploaded. (These can be uploaded via Settings > Setup WaterMarks).
We also provide the above functionality to apply to individual images via the below sections. This includes the option to use the Touch-up button to edit images directly within VaultRE.

Your photographer will see any property classified as a listing ; and any photos attached by your photographer will be classified as "Unpublished" so you have final control in which photos are published/used.
How to apply property tags
Property tags are a unique way for you to categorise your properties based on desirable features. Once tagged, You have the option to locate listings via tags in Filter Properties and also assign these tags against a client's buy/rent requirement to further tailor which listing they receive.
1. Navigate into the property card
2. Click into the Tags tab
3. You can then add existing tags by clicking into the tag on the left-hand side or manually add a tag by typing it into the Or Add Tag: bar and hitting enter
4. Once added, the tag entered will appear in the box below. This will then allow you to search for properties via the tags applied and add these tags against clients buy/rent requirements
If you have added a tag in error, simply click on the tag, where a pop-up window will appear and allow you to remove the tag by clicking on Yes/Delete
How are Image tags applied
Image tags are automatically applied by our AI platform (Machine Learning) which analyses your uploaded photos and picks out elements of the building, surroundings, and objects within the home.
Once applied, as per the same as property tags, you will then have the option to search for properties via the image tags applied.
