Property - Listing: Open Homes

There are a number of ways in which you can add your open homes to your listings in Vault, including via the Property Card, Properties menu, and directly from the Vault App.

Add open homes on the property card

1. Navigate to the property card

2. Click the Open Homes tab

You can edit any scheduled events.

3. Click Add Open Home

This will open the Add/Edit Open Home screen, where you can add the date, time, and primary and secondary agents (These are the user calendars the open home will be added to)

4. Once completed, Click Save to add the open home to the open homes tab in the property card

5. Repeat the above process to add further open-home events

You can edit any existing open homes by clicking the Edit button to the right of the event.

Manage all open homes via the properties menu

1. Go to: Properties > Manage Open Homes

2. Find the property you want to add an open home event against

3. Click the Plus (+) symbol on the right-hand side

This will open the Add/Edit Open Home screen, where you can add the date, time, and primary and secondary agents (These are the user calendars the open home will be added to)

4. Once completed, Click on Save to add the open home to the open homes tab in the property card

5. Repeat the above process to add further open-home events

You can edit any existing open homes by clicking the Edit button to the right of the event.

Note: You can filter open homes between the sales or leasing department, including by specific staff member in the top right-hand corner.

Add open homes via the Vault app

We can add further open inspection dates/times via the Open Homes widget in the Vault app.

1. Tap on the (+) plus symbol

2. You can select the property address, start time/date, and duration and also have the option to add the open home to your phone calendar

Use the Secondary Agents section to add the open-home calendar event to other users' calendars. 

3. Once completed, tap Save to add the open home

You can also edit an existing open home event by tapping the edit (Pencil) symbol next to the open home showing in the widget.
