In some instances, a client may decide not to continue with putting their home up for sale and therefore the property will need to be Withdrawn in the database.
Step by step
1. Navigate into the property card of the Listing
2. Click on Withdrawn next to the property status
3. The system will then ask you to reconfirm that you would like to Withdraw the listing from the market > Click on Yes/Continue to confirm
4. It will then reconfirm that the property is now "Not Currently Listed" and you can proceed back to the property card
5. This will then revert the property back to "Prospect/Not Currently Listed" status and update all portals (Websites) to remove the listing if you had listed the property online.
Additional information
Once the listing has been withdrawn, the property will update back to "Prospect/Not Currently Listed" status. If you appraise or list the property again in the future, you have the option to update the status into an Appraisal or Listing.
We provide the option to view all past lifecycle history (Other tab > History), including past Withdrawn lifecycles. This will populate the Lifecycle ID, Owner(s), Withdrawn status, Listed date, and the previous List Price.
If you would like a more detailed log of the withdrawn action, this can be found under the Activity tab. This will populate all updates to the property, including all details related to when the listing has been withdrawn.
