If you have multiple Vault accounts (offices) that you need to log into, we can set you up with “Super User Access” which allows you to flick between the accounts seamlessly rather than having to log in/out.
Step by step
Enabling Super User Access
Please ensure that you have the person who wants Super User Access set up as a user in each account they require access to. More information can be found via the User Management Settings knowledge article.
Once this is confirmed, contact our Support Team (Support Center > New Support Ticket) and request Super User Access be granted stating the staff members name/s and the accounts they need set up.
When you have received confirmation that your access has been enabled, please follow the below instructions:
1. On the Dashboard select the Configure button with the spanner
2. Tick the Super User option (in the CRM: General section)
3. Click Save/Update > Back to Dashboard
4. This will then populate the Super User widget allowing you to flick between users/accounts by selecting the desired user/account and clicking Switch User
You will need to activate the widget on each dashboard for every account you have access to, enabling you to move back and forth between all available logins.
