Rather than having your auditor attend your office, Vault allows you to create a login for your auditor(s), which then provides them with access to relevant information and documents to enable them to conduct audits remotely. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to set up their login.

In order to set up an auditor login, you will need to have system admin access. More information can be found in the User Management Settings knowledge article.
Step by step
1. Go to Settings > Setup Auditors
2. Click Add Auditor in the bottom right-hand corner
3. We are then able to add in the auditor login details such as the company name, first/last name, username (Used as their login) and login password
4. Click Save once you have completed the above details
You are able to set up as many auditor logins as required.
5. Once added, you are able to edit the auditor login details at any point by clicking on Edit on the right-hand side - This includes the ability to tick to disable/lock their account
6. You are then able to provide the auditor login link: https://auditor.vaultre.com.au/, including their login details
What can the auditor login access?
1. All past trust reconciliations based on the selected date range. This includes the ability to view/print the reconciliation statement, trial balance, cash book receipts, cash book payments, unreconciled receipts, unreconciled payments, reconciled receipts and reconciled payments reports
2. All documents/files that are saved in the filing cabinet for a specific property. More information on the filing cabinet can be found in the Property - Listing: Filling Cabinet knowledge article
