About auditor logins
Vault allows you to create dedicated logins for auditors, enabling them to review trust reconciliations and property documents without visiting your office. This guide explains how to add and manage auditor logins.
Note: You must have system admin access to set up auditor logins.
Add an auditor login
To create an auditor login:
- Go to: Settings > Auditors
- Click Add Auditor (bottom right)
- Enter the auditor’s details:
- Company Name
- First Name and Last Name
- Username (used for login)

Password
- Click Save to complete the setup
Tip: You can create multiple auditor logins as needed.
Provide auditors with the login link: https://auditor.vaultre.com.au/ and include their username and password.
Manage auditor logins
After creating an auditor login, you can edit or disable it anytime:
- Go to: Settings > Auditors
- Click Edit next to the auditor’s name to update details
- Use the Disable/Lock option to revoke access when required
- If the account is no longer required, click Remove
What auditors can access
Auditors can view:

Trust Reconciliations for a selected date range, including:
- Reconciliation Statement
- Trial Balance
- Cash Book Receipts and Payments
- Reconciled and Unreconciled Reports
