For each Vault user, we provide the option to set up a profile description (This profile description will also potentially feed to certain portals/websites). Below is a step-by-step guide on how to apply a user's profile description.
In order to set up a user's profile description, you will need to have system admin access. More information can be found in the User Management Settings knowledge article.
Step by step
1. Go to Settings > User Management > Select the Desired users profile
2. Once in their user management, click on the Profile Description tab
3. You are then able to add the agent/user's profile description by manually typing or copying and pasting
4. Once added, click Save Profile Text to apply
