When a property is taken through the sales, leasing or withdrawal process, all property life cycle information is stored against the history of the property. Below is a guide on how to access this information.
Contents:
Step by step
1. Navigate to an example property
2. Click on the Other tab > History
3. Once here, you will be able to view all past historic lifecycles, including the ID, Owners, Purchasers/Tenants, Status, Appraisal Date, Listed Date, List Price, Sales Price, Settlement Date, Lease Price, Lease Date and Commission Details
4. We also provide the option to reverse a prior settlement by clicking on the Reverse Settled button next to the current lifecycle - This will revert the property to "Unconditional" status. More information on the property lifecycle can be found via the Property - Understanding Property Life Cycles knowledge article
Additional information
Within the History of the property, we can publish a prior settled lifecycle to certain portals (Websites). This is useful to push "Off Market" listings to the Sold section of these portals.
If you would like to have a breakdown of the past sales history of a property, you can simply click on More as shown below. This will include all sales details, agent Allocation, and the solicitors attached against the sale.
To view the Agent Deductions/Agent Allocation of the sale, you will need to ensure that you have Financials ticked in your user management. More information can be found in the User Management Settings knowledge article.
