Step by step
Integration set-up process
Before you begin the integration process, you’ll need to generate an API key in Vault and add it to your MRI Proposals account.
Step 1: Generate the API Key
- In Vault, navigate to Office Integrations > Third-Party Access.
- Click Add Token.
- From the dropdown menu, select MRI Agent Proposals.
- Click Create Token.
Step 2: Add the Token to MRI Proposals
Once the token is generated:
- Copy the token.
- Follow the integration steps outlined here to add the token to your MRI Proposals account and complete the setup
Using the Agent Proposals integration
Once the integration is set up, you can follow the steps below to access MRI Agent Proposals within Vault.
1. Navigate to an example property
2. Click into the Agent Proposals tab
3. Select the document type you would like to produce (Proposal, Introduction, or a Product Update)
4. Once selected, click Open
5. Information is then pulled directly from Vault into the selected proposal to be configured and published
