The Listing Configurations function lets you link individual properties to a main building so that each property can be managed on its own. These configurations will also automatically populate in the stack plan, providing a visualisation of the individual building lots.
You will need to have a commercial-specific account or features enabled to use this feature.

Step by step
1. Navigate into your desired property
2. On the property, scroll down to Listing Configurations
3. Once here we have the below options:
- Add Configuration - This will allow you to create a new property to link to the parent property
- Link Existing Record as Configuration - This will allow you to search for an existing property to link to the parent property
4. When a property record has been created or linked, we will then be able to see the individual listing configurations as shown below. This includes the below options:
- View - Click to view and manage the property
- Unlink - Removes the property as a listing configuration (This will not delete the property)
5. When viewing a listing configuration, you'll see the individual configurations, with the current one highlighted. You’ll also have the same options as before, plus the ability to directly view the parent property
