Secure Sign is an electronic document signature and storage solution that directly integrates with Vault. This easy-to-use solution eliminates the need to print, scan, store, and drop off documents and contracts.

Step by step
Setting up the Integration
- Once your Secure Sign account has been created, log into Secure Sign via securesign-apac.cloud.mrisoftware.com
- Go into settings (Cog in the bottom left-hand corner)
- Click Integrations
- Click + Create API Key
- Add the application Name (Vault), Authorised Domain (https://login.vaultre.com.au) & Public Key
- Click Save
- Once added, the API Key will be generated (Make sure to copy the API key)
- Navigate to Office Integrations > Secure Sign
- Paste the API Key
- Click Save/Update
- The integration should be complete and the connection status should now say Connected/Active
Adding additional merge fields for Secure Sign documents
The Secure Sign Additional Merge Fields knowledge article contains a list of additional merge fields.
- Once logged into Secure Sign, you will first need to upload a document template
- Click on Document Templates in the left-hand side menu
- Click Upload Document Template
- Drag and drop your desired document or click to search for a document to upload
- Add a folder name if needed and click upload
- Once Uploaded, click on the document
- To apply additional merge fields, drag and drop the Shared Field
- Add the name of the merge field within the search bar
- A list of additional merge fields can be found here
- Select the field type and click Create
- This will then create the additional merge field and can be used on future documents
Adding Secure Sign Signer merge fields in Cloud letter document
- Once logged into Vault, navigate to Letters/Action List > Cloud Letter Templates
- Click on an existing document or create a new document
- This will populate the editor, where we can drop in the Vault merge fields as well as the Secure Sign Signer merge fields found below:
- Click Save once completed
