About Agora Gateway
Agora Gateway is an ecosystem where you can access all your apps from one location. This one-page-to-everywhere approach helps you streamline all your logins and links, allowing easy access throughout the day.
Whether it’s managing vendors, tackling applications, or handling enquiries, Agora Gateway puts everything you need at your fingertips. No more hunting through bookmarks.
You can create your own workflow by customising your dashboard to only show the essentials, ensuring that your most-used tools are always at hand for a faster, more efficient workday.
Log in via Agora Gateway
You can access Agora Gateway via the MRI Login page:
- Go to hello.mrisoftware.com
- Enter your email address
- Select the Region as Asia Pacific
- Click Sign in
Next sign in with single sign on though Okta.
- Enter your password > Click Sign in
- Confirm your identity through your chosen multifactor authentication option
- If you have multiple MRI Software accounts, select an account to access, (if you don't have multiple accounts, you will automatically be logged into Agora Gateway)
After logging into Agora Gateway, for users with single sign on enabled through Okta, you can directly access MRI Products by clicking on their tiles, without needing to log in again.
To open an application from the home page, click its associated icon. Clicking an application tile launches the application in a new browser tab by default.
Log in via Vault
To access Agora Gateway via Vault:
- Go to login.vaultre.com.au
- Click MRI Agora Login
- Enter your email address > Click Next
Next sign in with single sign on though Okta.
- Enter your password > Click Sign in
- Confirm your identify through your chosen multifactor authentication option
- If you have multiple Vault accounts, select an account to access, (if you don't have access to multiple accounts, you will automatically be logged into Vault)
- Once logged in, at the top left of Vault, click the MRI logo
This will open the Agora Gateway widget.
Within the widget, you can access your apps, view your account email, and view notifications.
Notifications will populate based on various Vault events and if using Secure Sign, notifications will populate when a fully executed (Signed) agreement is received from Secure Sign.
- Click the Agora Gateway logo to access the Agora Gateway homepage
This will open the Agora Gateway, allowing you to manage your apps in more detail.
Manage your Apps
You can add custom application tiles and create categories for your home page. These tiles and categories are user-specific and do not affect your agency or the layout of other user’s home pages.
Add an Application Tile
MRI products will automatically be displayed in Agora Gateway. To add custom application tiles to your Agora Gateway screen:
- At the bottom of the tile section, click Manage applications
- Click + Add applications
- Enter the application details - Complete the name, URL, and Description fields and select a Category if applicable
- Select an application icon - Click the 'Use image' radio button and select a file from your computer, or, click the 'Use Text' radio button, enter a caption, and select a colour

Once complete, click Save
The new application tile will display in Agora Gateway. Repeat this process to add additional tiles to the gateway.
Edit or Remove Application Tiles
To edit or remove application tiles from Agora Gateway:
- At the bottom of the tile section, click Manage applications

Hide or reveal MRI Software products - Click the toggle next to the required product

Edit manually added tiles - Click the edit pencil next to the required app > Make changes as necessary > Click Save

Delete manually added tiles - Click the edit pencil next to the required app > Click Delete
Categorise & Position Application Tiles
To create categories or rearrange the position of your tiles in Agora Gateway:
- At the bottom of the tile section, click Manage categories
- Reposition tiles - Click the tile and drag it to your desired position > Click Done

Add a new category -
- Click + Add category > Enter the name of the category > Click the tick to save the category
- Drag and drop uncategorised tiles into the desired category > Click Done
Your application tiles will now display in each category on the gateway.
